Deke Kathman, Director of Elementary Education, Jamestown School District

"...Partners for Children involves collaboration between our staff and the mental health professional in efforts to help students who are at high risk. This program provides counseling and other mental health services to students and their families in a manner that is convenient and accessible to them. The program's flexibility allows each school district to determine their needs and implement the most adequate strategies to meet them."
Donald H. Belcher, Superintendent, Chautauqua Lake Central School District

"...The program is able to link the school with many resources we would not normally have knowledge of. Partners is an incredible and excellent program!"
Laura Crandall , Director of Special Education, Chautauqua Lake Central School District

"By joining together the professional skills of Family Service and local school districts, Partners for Children produces measurable results in improving the lives of students and their families- a great success!"

"It's comforting to know we have fine organizations such as the United Way and Family Service helping us in our endeavors of providing support to kids on a daily basis. We are truly working towards the whole community raising our children."
Greg Paterniti, Principal Southwestern Middle School

"Every school day a good number of students walk through our doors carrying a great deal of emotional "baggage" which interferes with their academic and social performance. By working together in a true partnership we are able to assist our students and their families in making their world a more positive and productive one."
Patty Duncanson, Alternative Education Counselor, Jamestown High School
